Enamel Sign Official Sale Post Office (75317)

This original Post enamel sign from Germany was created around 1915 and documents the official sale of the Post Office. The classic color scheme in black, yellow, and red gives the sign a strong historical impact, while the post horn and lettering stand out almost three-dimensionally due to the very thick, stenciled, raised enamel finish.

The sign comes from an untouched private collection and is in excellent condition. It shows only minimal signs of age and is mounted on a heavy backing material, which gives the small format a noticeable substance. The strong enameling and the three-dimensional effect of the motifs make this piece particularly attractive for collectors of early German advertising and official signs.

With its dimensions of 25 x 18 cm, the sign is compact but expressive. An early, high-quality enamel sign from around 1915 with an official character, beautiful color effect, and exceptionally three-dimensional enameling.
