Enamel Sign DAF Service (74053)

This original enamel sign from Germany, manufactured in the 1950s, captivates with its characteristic blue, white, and red tones, conveying the authentic DAF service look of the post-war era. Its condition is to be classified as mediocre (school grade 3–4): Significant enamel damage and a noticeable relief give the sign a special patina. The edges are flanged, with minimal loss of substance visible on the beaded edge. The large surface appears somewhat unstable, yet the sign is largely complete – apart from the two missing lower hanging tabs.

This piece exudes an honest, nostalgic atmosphere that delights collectors of the 1950s and vividly recalls the everyday advertising of that time.
