Enamel sign Persil double-sided (74041)

This "Persil" enamel sign was produced in Düsseldorf around 1930 and is designed as a double-sided stencil-painted display sign. The classic color scheme in orange, black, white, and green ensures clear visibility from a distance and matches the typical appearance of Persil advertising of that era. Thanks to the double-sided enameling, the motif is present on both sides, emphasizing its original use as a projecting sign.

The condition can be described as very good to almost new. The surface appears "fresh from the kiln" with an even sheen and no recognizable wear. Overall, the enameling presents itself as exceptionally clean and in excellent preservation.

Over time, the original bracket was removed, and the smaller Persil oval was converted into a standalone display sign. This modification is understandable and does not detract from the sign's impact. Measuring 48 × 32 cm, it is a compact, double-sided collector's item with the authentic character of early brand advertising.
